As a small startup brand, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than misprinted, damaged or defective items. If the error is our fault, we will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping to you.
Size and fit issues: Please refer to our sizing charts before placing an order to ensure proper fit of apparel. We do ensure that each apparel item will have a sizing chart on their individual product page. At this time, we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges for issues related to fit.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your item.
Claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
